We provide consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including, 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) and Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plans. We proactively go out to the marketplace to target retirement plan advisors and some of the largest record-keepers in the industry to provide the best retirement plan services possible. We are looking to add to the most dynamic TPA sales team in the country by adding to our internal sales support team. This is a full-time position for an energetic, self-motivated individual with a proven interest and aptitude in sales. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare fee proposals for external sales team
• Prepare illustrations for prospects
• Assist external sales reps in setting appointments, organizing advisor events, and driving new leads
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Update and maintain proposal templates
• Work with vendors to develop, update and maintain marketing materials
• Assist external sales team with the entry of broker information into Nova’s sales CRM system (Pipeline)
• Assist external sales team with the entry of new opportunities into Nova’s sales CRM system (Pipeline)

Requirements

• Strong ability to build relationships, and create partnerships
• Highly analytical with the ability to be both strategic and tactical
• Confident presentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plus
