Nova 401(k) Associates (www.nova401k.com) is one of the fastest growing TPA firms in the country looking to further expand our presence. We provide consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including, 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) and Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plans. We proactively go to the marketplace to target retirement plan advisors and some of the largest record-keepers in the industry to provide the best retirement plan services possible. We are looking to add to the most dynamic TPA sales team in the country in key metropolitan areas. If you are located in or around Boston, New York City, San Francisco/San Jose Metropolitan Areas, or Central or South Florida and have an interest in the responsibilities outlined below and meet some combination of the stated requirements, please consider joining our team. This is a full-time position for an energetic, self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to prove their ability in sales.
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify Investment professionals in assigned region to promote Nova services
  • Participate in point of sale presentations to plan sponsors to represent Nova’s solutions
  • Maintain frequent contact with key producers through on-site visits, seminars, webinars, conference calls and other presentation media
  • Understand the competitive industry environment, identify and analyze market trends while providing recommendations and feedback to the management team
  • Build and service strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partners
  • Travel to offsite periodic sales training

Requirements

  • Proven sales ability a plus. Can you move the needle?
  • Strong ability to build relationships, and create partnerships
  • Highly analytical with the ability to be both strategic and tactical
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Sales experience, related or not, preferably wholesaling (internal or external)
  • Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plus

The position offers a solid base salary plus a lucrative quarterly sales bonus. Benefits package includes unlimited paid vacation, health, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) Plan.
