Overview of the Position:
Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill an Associate DB/DC Account Manager position. This position includes a 37.5-hour work week, a competitive compensation package including: medical insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, an HSA, and paid time off.
Associate DB/DC Account Managers receive paid training. Nova supports Associate Account Managers obtaining industry credentials by paying for study time, exams, and professional membership fees. Excellent performers who obtain a QKA designation will be eligible to apply for other positions after 18 months.
Our Associate DB/DC Account Managers focus on client/advisor service for our owner only clients and are supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, defined benefit team, production team, quality assurance team, special projects team, and a loan and distribution department. Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals with special recognition given to individuals with exceptional performance. Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate
- Maintain a caseload of DB/DC Combo plans
- Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Working with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
- Document all client interactions in our workflow management system
- Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
- Complete assigned training
- Work towards obtaining an industry designation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to compose a professional email
- Excellent verbal communication skills and knowledge of phone etiquette
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Must have an appropriate and quiet work from home environment including a high-quality internet connection
- Must be committed to lifelong learning
- Must be coachable
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary - $50,000 - $65,000
- Salaried, non-exempt position

Work Location/Hours:
- Work from home
- Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
- No or minimal travel
- Attend regular video meetings via Microsoft Teams or equivalent
